Patent Law Community is a community of patent law practitioners (patent attorneys and patent lawyers) engaged in discussing recent issues and answering specific questions about patent law prosecution and litigation. Whether you are a startup or a patent practitioner looking for answers and information, Patent Law Community is here to help.

Only licensed patent attorneys registered with the United States Patent Office (USPTO) are allowed to post in the blog or answer questions in the forum.  However, an attorney/client relationship is not created until a patent attorney has been retained (meaning paid for their service). Accordingly there is no professional liability for anything posted by a patent attorney on this website.
